Personal data is not combined across products. If you use both closedeck.co.uk and setpal.io, you are two separate records to us. The data held for one is not matched, cross-referenced or merged with the data held for the other, and the two are kept in separate systems.
Your rights, wherever you deal with us
Whichever product you use, you have the right to be told what we hold about you and get a copy of it, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data deleted where we have no overriding reason to keep it, to restrict processing while a dispute is resolved, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to receive your data in a portable form where we relied on consent or a contract, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting anything done before you withdrew.

Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK data protection regulator: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or 0303 123 1113. You can go to the ICO without coming to us first, though we would rather have the chance to put it right.

Payments
Where a CloseDeck product takes payment, the payment processor's public details point at this page rather than at a single product's documents, because that setting is account-wide and cannot distinguish between products. Use the list above to find the terms that actually govern your purchase. They are the ones for the product you are buying.
